High Holy Days Participation
High Holy Days Participation
A wonderful feature of Beth Israel is that participation in High Holy Days services and events is shared among the congregation.
Please review the list below and email Laura Lee Blechner which forms of Avodah (sacred service) you feel most called to engage in this year. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
___ English readings
___ Hebrew prayer leadership
___ Greeters/Ushers
___ Hospitality and food assistance
___ Managing traffic and parking for services
___ Shofar blowing
___ Tech help (audio/visual set up, Zoom management, etc.)
___ Help with child care
___ Building the Sukkah
Questions and concerns can be addressed to Laura Lee Blechner and Larry Hamermesh.
Thanks, and we look forward to seeing all of you very soon!
