Office Manager Mikayla Losanowych

Mikayla Losanowych is excited to serve BI as their Office Manager! She obtained her AS and BS, both in Psychology, at Delaware County Community College and Wilmington University, respectively. While at DCCC and Wilmington, she was named to the Dean's List and President's List for academic achievement. During her time at DCCC, she was allowed entry into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She was later promoted to this honor society's Vice President of Public Relations and received the college's Academic Achievement Award for her PTK jurisdiction in May 2022. In April 2025, she obtained NBC-HWC certification, making her a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

She is currently attending Widener University's online Master of Social Work program. She has a strong pull towards social action work and wants to counsel children who have family members with substance use disorder, or the addicted adults themselves. She also has aspirations to help the homeless and impoverished, and one day wants to organize and publish scientific literature about safe injection sites and harm reduction.  

Mikayla spends her time away from work and school with her family, which includes their four cats (all rescues!).
