Office Manager Mikayla Losanowych

Mikayla Losanowych is excited to serve BI as their Office Manager! She graduated Ridley High School in 2020 and Delaware County Community College in 2022. While at DCCC and Wilmington she was named to the Dean's List and President's List for academic achievement. While at DCCC, she was allowed entry into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She was later promoted to this honor society's Vice President of Public Relations and received the college's Academic Achievement Award for her PTK jurisdiction in May 2022.

She obtained her AS in Psychology at DCCC, and will graduate Wilmington University in December 2024 with her BS in Psychology. In Spring 2025, she will begin Widener University's online Master of Social Work program. She has a strong pull towards social action work and wants to counsel children who have family members with substance use disorder, or the addicted adults themselves. She also has aspirations to help the homeless and impoverished, and one day wants to organize and publish scientific literature about safe injection sites and harm reduction.  

Mikayla spends her time away from work and school with her family, which includes their four cats (all rescues!). She has a strong interest in theater, having been an avid member of her high school theater troupe's stage crew as a dresser (even entering the International Thespian Society in her sophomore year for her work with the troupe).
