Macaroni and Cheese recipe

Mac and Cheese

Makes about 8 servings

1/4 pound butter
3 cups milk
1 cup 1/2 and 1/2
1 pound macaroni,  cooked in salted water
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 pounds velveeta cheese
salt and pepper to tast

Mix flour with one cup milk.  Heat the rest of the liquid ingredients and stir in the flour mixture.  Heat to simmer and add cheese till melted and salt and pepper.  Stir with whisk till smooth.  Add to cooked macaroni.  Butter a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and pour in all the ingredients.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes.
